The Henny Penny 14785 Fryer Temperature Probe Kit 500C/OE-100 is used to monitor the amount of heat in the cooking medium of the fryer by measuring any changes in temperature during cooking. It operates by transmitting electrical impulses to the control system which modulates heating components according to the temperature measured to keep the desired setting. This kit will be fitted inside the interior assembly of the fryer with the sensor being placed in the fry pot or heating section such that it will be able to directly measure the temperature condition when the fryer is being used.
