The Lang LG2E41100-13 Temperature Sensor Probe measures the temperature of the interior of cooking equipment and provides signals to the control system for regulating the temperature while operating. It consists of a sensing element that responds, to temperature changes and reports to the temperature adjustments for heating. This probe is usually placed in the vicinity of the heating surface or cooking area of compatible griddles and other heated foodservice equipment where temperature monitoring is needed. It is made of metal and will withstand cooking conditions and will be in constant contact with the monitored area during operation to provide accurate thermal response.
