The Lang LG41100-13 Sensor Probe is used to measure the temperature of cooking equipment and to provide feedback to the control system for temperature control. It has a sensing element that senses the temperature difference which allows the unit to regulate its heating cycles while operating. This probe is often placed in close proximity to heating chambers, cooking spaces or internal monitoring areas of compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It has a small probe structure and has the wiring connected to it for integration into the appliances electrical system.
