The Cleveland 22115 Solenoid Valve is a 1/2-inch electrically powered valve that is used to regulate the flow of gas in commercial cooking systems. It can be operated at 110-120 V, 50/60 Hz to open and close in reaction to an electrical signal, so flame-cutting fuel to burners can be controlled. It is installed in the gas supply line and operates along with thermostats, thermocouples or control boards to control the operation of the appliances. The solenoid valve is commonly used in ovens, ranges, and fryers.
