The CMA Dishmachines 03603.10 Vacuum Breaker with Brass Cap & Body is used in dishwashing systems to prevent back siphoning of water. It has a 3/4” FPT connection and comes with a heavy-duty vinyl construction to ensure it does not allow cross contamination. The vacuum breaker is 2-1/2”W and is suitable for CMA models EAH, EC, EST-AH, EVA, GL-X, L-1X(16). This partworks by way of stopping the water from reversing its path back into the system, keeping the system safe and clean. Their manufacture is done from brass hence making the product more durable and will not require frequent servicing.
