Manufacturer:
The Middleby Marshall 28091-0017 Oven Solenoid Valve NAT/LP 1/2 PSI 1/2" NPT operates by regulating the supply of natural gas or liquid propane to the burner system of the oven. It operates by closing or opening the valve with an electromagnetic coil that can be easily controlled to control the amount of gas flowing during ignition and operation. This is a solenoid valve installed in the gas line assembly of the oven, usually between the gas supply and the burner manifold where it is necessary to maintain a accurate control of the gas to provide the same heating performance.
