The Groen Z074594 Solenoid Valve 1/2" NPT 24V works by using an electromagnetic system to open and close the valve when energized and is used to control the flow of water in the steamer system. It operates effectively with 24 volt power supply so as to maintain accurate fluid control during cooking or steaming. This solenoid valve is normally installed in the steam or water circuit of the steamer where it regulates the flow of water to the cooking chamber.
