The Southbend 1178093 Convection Oven Heating Element Assembly 240V is a warmth component that uses electrical energy to convert it into thermal energy using internal resistive coils. The alloy filaments produce uniform heat as high-voltage current passes through the part and this heat is then circulated throughout the cooking chamber through the internal blower system. It encircles the fan blade so that it has direct contact with the circulating air. The unit is connected to the main power supply through integrated terminals, and the internal temperature is kept at the settings of the thermostat.
