The Bunn 25732.0000 Dispenser Steam Collector Mixing Chamber FMD/HC/IMIX directs the steam at the brewer outlet into an internal chamber where the vapor is directed and mixed with the incoming liquid flow. The assembly is installed in the dispenser cabinet next to the mixing area of compatible units. It is designed to connect with existing tubing and fittings and allows preparing hot beverages and performing service maintenance. This is designed to be used in commercial beverage machines where steam control and controlled mixing are required.
