The Stero 0P-542051 Solenoid Valve 3/8" is a control component in commercial food service machines to control the amount of water flowing during operation. It is powered by an electrical connection 120 volts which actuates it to open or close in response to signals in the unit control system. The internal piping assembly is attached to the valve whereby the incoming supply is connected to the spray and rinse circuits. It can also be used to ensure the correct sequence of wash and rinse stages, as it can regulate when water flows into the particular sections.
