The Stero SOP54-2051 Solenoid Valve 3/8" 120V is an electrically operated valve that is used to regulate the flow of water in commercial food service equipment. It works by opening, or closing based on an electrical signal to enable water to enter or exit the system at various stages of operation, This valve is fitted into the water supply line to the machine. where it is connected to the internal plumbing assembly that supplies the wash or rinse system. It controls entry of water during the wash cycles, and supports the sequence of operation in commercial kitchen dishwashing equipment.
