The Southbend 9-3213 Door Switch 125/250V 15 AMP Unimax is a replacement part of commercial cooking equipment. It works to sense when the doors of appliances are opened and closed so that the electrical circuits can be switched on and off without any damage. The switch is installed in the door assembly and operates together with the control system of the appliance to make sure that the heating elements, timers, and safety mechanisms are functioning.
