The Lang 80504-03 Thermocouple 60" 20-30MV 1980 Series produces a millivolt signal to the pilot flame to enable it to check ignition and ensure the operation of the gas valve. It transforms thermal energy into a 20-30 millivolt electrical signal that maintains the safety circuit during the presence of the flame and disables the flow of gas during its loss. This thermocouple is fitted in the burner of compatible commercial cooking equipment of the 1980 Series, the sensing tip being in the pilot flame, and the lead attached to the gas control valve.

Installation Steps
