The Star 2T-Z7440 Thermostat is an electric thermostat which has a high performance and is intended for accurate temperature regulation. It has a temperature range of 100-450°F, 30” capillary tube and 3/16” x 12 1/2” bulb. The flat-down D-stem allows for the vertical attachment which is very important to guarantee the correct functioning of the device. Designed to fit several Star griddles among them Star 824TS, 836TS, 848TS, 860TS and 872TS. The Star pointer knob #22–1502 is used for adjusting the device conveniently. Perfect for keeping a continuous temperature for cooking.
