The Star Mfg 2T-30402-25 Thermostat is a temperature control sensor that is assembled and can be used in compatible commercial cooking and heating equipment. This component has a 3/16" x 12" sensing bulb with a 36" capillary tube and a rated range of 450F and is used to monitor internal temperatures and provide feedback to the control system to increase the amount of heat being produced as necessary. It is fitted to the thermal control circuit of the appliance and will provide better feedback to regulate heating elements.
