The Montague 29023-8 Thermostat is a commercial temperature controller used in cooking machines. It has a 3/16 inch x 11-5/8 inch sensing bulb and a 48 inch capillary that is designed to operate within temperature ranges of 150°C to 450°C . This thermostat is used to check and regulate the temperature of ovens, griddles, and maintain the correct temperature throughout the work of the thermostat. It can respond correctly to the variations in temperature and assist in preventing overheating of the appliance.
