The Vulcan Hart 00-411506-00001 Range Hot Top Thermostat 300°F-700°F is an alternative replacement temperature control feature that is compatible with VR2 and VR6 commercials. It also controls the heating components of the hot top to ensure that the surface temperatures are maintained at accurate amounts to ensure uniform cooking. The thermostat is installed in the control group of the appliance and it regulates and controls the amount of heat produced to maintain safe and efficient working conditions. This component is common in restaurants and in other food service settings.
