The Star Mfg 2T-30133 Thermostat SJ 3/8" DIA X 5-3/4"L X 20" Capillary operates on the concept of detecting changes in heat by the sensing bulb and capillary, which detects the temperature change and closes the switch contacts in the thermostat body. The internal mechanism reacts to the increase or decrease in enclosure or process temperature by opening or closing the circuit within the 200°F-375°F range. It is fitted by a hole in the access, and the sensing bulb is placed where the temperature regulation is needed, and the capillary is laid out of the areas of heat.
