Star Mfg 2T-30133 Fryer Thermostat is a temperature control part, which is intended to be used in deep fryers. It regulates the heat of oil in a temperature of 200° -375° Fahrenheit to ensure the same cooking performance. It has a 3/8" x 5-3/4" bulb and 20" capillary which gives it accurate temperature detection and regulation. This unit is installed in the fryer control assembly to assist in the effective control of heat and reliable performance in the vital kitchen tasks.
