The Star Mfg WS-50133 Thermostat SJ monitors heat through its sensing probe and changes the connected circuit when the selected temperature is reached. The sensing dimensions are 3/8" x 5-3/4 x 20", with an adjustable range of 200–375°F for regulating the associated heating circuit. The part fits through a designated mounting place, with the probe extending into the heated zone and terminals connected to internal wiring. It is used in compatible commercial cooking equipment and heated appliances requiring adjustable temperature control during operation.
