The Tri-Star TS-1177 Safety Thermostat is a warmer that is used to control the temperature of the appliance it is connected to and automatically cut the power to the item when it reaches a predetermined setting. It has an auto-reset system, which reinstates the operation when the conditions are restored to a level. This is designed to fit in-line with the heating part or control panel of an electrical or heating system, and its 36-inch capillary tube and 450-degree F rating enable it to detect and react to changes in temperature within the system.
