The Hoshizaki TB0041 Ice Machine Thermostat W/Bulb Holder measures the temperature changes in the interior of the ice machine and turns on and off cooling cycles based on the pre-established levels. It operates by use of a temperature sensitive bulb and mechanical switch which reacts to temperature changes. This thermostat is installed in the control compartment of the machine and the bulb is installed close to the essential cooling surfaces to ensure the accurate monitoring of the operating temperatures.
