The Ultrafryer ULTR12C355 Temperature Probe RTD W/0.187 Connectors Pre-2006 only it records the temperature of oil and transmits the information to the appliance control system. It works on the concept of identifying changes in resistance in the RTD sensor with temperature changes. The probe is placed inside the tank and it is connected to the control electronics through 187 connectors. It is a component of the temperature monitoring system, which is connected with heating elements and control boards to keep the cooking temperatures and safe operation within acceptable limits.
