The Ultrafryer ULTR12C356 Temperature Probe RTD 2006 is used to check the temperature of oil in commercial systems by measuring changes in temperature. It is a resistant temperature sensor, that sends the data to the control system using a 2-pin connection to control the heat response. It is fitted in the heating chamber and is linked to control elements to ensure that there are proper temperature cycles. It is used in the system to assist in maintaining stable temperatures, and constant cooking conditions in commercial foodservice settings.
