The Ultrafryer ULTR22A149 Overlay is a control panel label is used in commercial fryer thermostat assemblies. It shows temperature ranges, indicators and reference markings which are aligned with the Ultrastat 25 control mechanism. The overlay is placed on the outside of the thermostat housing of the fryer, with the adjustment knobs and indicator lights aligned to make the fryer operate correctly. In food preparation, it helps operators to regulate and track cooking temperatures. In the fryer system, it used as the graphical interface that enables the appropriate adjustment of the thermostat.
