The Ultrafryer 12C450-C Filter Pump/Motor Assembly is a substitute pump assembly that has the capacity of 8 gallons per minute and operates on 120V and 1PH in commercial filtration systems. The forces cook oil through the filter system of the fryer to enable parts and sediment to be filtered during regular filtration. It is installed in the fryer in the filtration compartment and operates in conjunction with the filter pan, hoses and controls to ensure the clarity of the oil and to ensure the fryer operates in a consistent manner.
