The Uniworld UM-60B Mixing Bowl is made to fit and blend large amounts of ingredients during the food preparation process and provides uniform blending when used with a compatible appliance. The 304 stainless steel 14-gauge construction allows the mixing process by keeping the shape during motion and allowing the use of ingredients repeatedly. This bowl is placed in commercial kitchen mixers, and it is the main bowl, where dough preparation, batter preparation and bulk ingredient handling are done. Its capacity of 60 quarts is capable of serving operations, which makes it applicable in bakeries, restaurants, and food production settings.
