The Hobart VMLH60 Mixing Bowl 14-Gauge 60-QT 304 Stainless Steel is used to store and combine ingredients in a mixer system. This bowl is used in the mixer assembly and it assists in the blending, whipping, and kneading of food when preparing food. It is also applied in commercial kitchens in bakeries, restaurants and food production plants where a large batch mix is needed. The bowl is clamped on the mixer base and it can be used with agitators to enable the controlled movement of contents.
