The Lang 40102-A26 Convection Oven Universal Board Service Kit consists of a control board and other parts needed to service or replace the electronic control system of the oven. It takes the input of sensors and user interfaces, processes signals, and transmits outputs to coordinate timing and temperature. The kit is installed in the electrical compartment and fits in the existing panel openings and mounting points. The current wiring harness is connected to electrical connectors. Its parts can be installed in the available space, and they can interact with the other systems without altering the adjacent parts.
