The Lang 40102W26 Universal Board Service Kit is an electrical control assembly to be used in commercial convection ovens. It works on controlling signals between the oven controls, heating components and circulation fan to control cooking cycles and temperature settings. The board service kit is fitted into the control compartment of the oven where it joins the appliance wiring. The control system of the oven assists in the coordination of heating and airflow as a part of the oven, which assists the component in maintaining the right operating sequences and uniform cooking performance.
