The Unox KBR1305A Candle Burner Assembly is a controlled flame burner that is used to create a heating by regulating the gas flow into the burner tube. It lights up and sustains combustion in producing the heat needed in cooking processes in compatible combi ovens. This assembly is fitted in the burner compartment so that it is aligned with the combustion chamber to distribute the flames properly. It has a 510mm by 200mm configuration and is compatible with XVC and XBC series ovens. The assembly assists in the ignition cycles, heat transfer and temperature control of the overall gas system.
