The Vulcan Hart VH00-498041-00012 Indicator Knob Chrome 2-1/2" DIA has an inbuilt thermostat capability enabling the operator to adjust and control the temperature on a griddle. It connects to the temperature sensing and control circuitry of the griddle and is activated by the user to raise or lower the amount of heat produced. This knob will be fitted on the front control panel. In the cooking system it provides an interface for adjusting the desired cooking temperatures, which is useful in maintaining the heating temperatures in the system.
