The Vulcan Hart VH498041 Indicator Knob Chrome 2-1/2" DIA is a user control item that connects to the thermostat shaft of a commercial griddle, to enable the cooking temperature to be adjusted. It offers a touch screen on the front control panel that converts the operator's input into setpoint adjustments that the thermostat responds to and adjusts the heat output accordingly. The knob is firmly fixed to the control shaft and it interacts with the internal sensing and control systems of the griddle. The appliance, it allows direct control over the temperatures of the desired surfaces.
