The Vulcan Hart VH114805-2 Oven Igniter Electrode With 38" Wire makes the heating process by creating a high-voltage spark across a small gap to initiate the flow of gas in the burner assembly. This element conducts electrical power via the 38" lead wire connected to it. This is installed right next to the burner head in the pan cavity to ensure the required distance to the gas to reach a spark-to-gas contact. This component is a connection between the start module and the point of combustion, which makes the normal working cycles of the equipment in the commercial kitchen.
