The Vulcan Hart VH426745-1 Black Knob with a 1/4" D stem 2-3/4" OD is designed to be attached to a correspondingly-shaped shaft then the rotational movement can be directly transferred to the connected control component. Rotating changes the internal setting of the attached valve switch by manual rotation. It is usually placed on the front control panel of commercial kitchen equipment. It has a round profile and a 2-3/4" outer diameter and is finished in black, which is a standard equipment interface, giving a definite grip surface to manual adjustment in foodservice appliances.
