The Vulcan Hart 00-706617-0000B 2-Burner Pilot Assembly is used for gas-powered stoves and furnaces to sustain the main burner ignition. A pilot assembly includes the pilot burner together with an orifice and a flame sensor and a pilot hood. The pilot assembly connects the burner to the gas valve through its function as the source of the pilot flame which ignites the main burner. The pilot light functions through a small flame which runs using natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. The pilot assembly receives gas flow which creates a flame after passing through the pilot orifice while mixing with air.
