The Star Mfg WS-64486 Heating Element Pan Assembly 1200W 120V converts electrical energy into heat using the internal resistance element and heats the pan surface when in use. The heat is distributed on the integrated pan area ensuring the same temperature in holding or heating contents. This unit is installed in the heating or holding section of the unit, and in this section the pan directly contacts the heating element and is connected to the electrical system of the appliance.
