The Wells 5P-SS276TDU-120 Fabricated Warmer With Drain 120V uses a stable tubular heating element to conduct energy through the bottom of the stainless steel pan to keep food temperatures consistent with an adjustable thermostatic control. A special drainage system is used to quickly clear out the water once the service is over and make the cleaning of the service between shifts. This drop-in unit is fitted inside a pre-cut hole in the countertop, and it can be fitted seamlessly with the existing workstations in the kitchen.
