The Blodgett Z1054197 Fryer Pilot Kit NAT/LP 1/4" CCT is used to control the flow of gas to the pilot assembly, and make a controlled ignition flame to support compatible cooking equipment. It transforms and stabilizes the natural gas or liquid propane supply to ensure constant pilot operation at the time of startup and standby. The kit is fitted in the burner compartment of the appliance, close to the pilot burner and gas valve interface. The components are designed to be used on commercial appliances of either type of fuel, and they consist of pilot tubing, fittings, and orifice parts.
