The Hobart 00-344635-00002 SP Thermostat senses fluctuations in temperature within the heated equipment and cycles the electrical circuit to maintain optimum parameters between 200F and 450F. It is equipped with a 3/16-inch diameter sensing bulb, a 10-inch bulb length, and a 36-inch capillary through which changes in temperature are transmitted to the control mechanism, allowing the cycling on and off of the heating element. It is mounted in the control section of suitable commercial cooking equipment, with the sensing bulb placed inside the heated chamber to monitor the operating temperature during operation.
