The Delfield 000-BNH-0030 Evaporator Coil Drip Pan works by trapping the moisture that condenses and runs off the cooling tubes in cooling process. This element directs the built-up liquid to a drainage system to prevent stagnation of water in the cabinet or on the floor. The part is placed at the bottom of the evaporator assembly and is a key interface point between radiator hardware and the external plumbing. The unit is built using corrosion-resistant materials, and it is fitted to match some commercial food service models to ensure the proper airflow.
