The Market Forge 10-5245 Range Pressure Control regulates system pressure by monitoring pressure levels and activating or deactivating connected equipment through its ON/OFF switching operation. It operates based on the predetermined pressure conditions and switches the electric circuit on or off depending on the operating conditions. This pressure control is fitted in pressure-controlled cooking and heating equipment that is compatible with the pressure-controlled system. It has a 1/4" FPT connection, which fits into the pressure line and provides monitoring of the operating conditions.
