The Cleveland 19947 Pressure Control Switch regulates the amount of steam pressure in the Convection Steamer by opening, or closing the circuit. It reacts to variations in internal pressure, and sends a signal to change the operation to sustain the desired level. The switch is placed in the housing of the steamer, and it is linked to the pressure system and control. It is made to suit steamers and connected to internal piping, and electrical equipment to measure and control the flow of steam. The proper pressure regulation holds the heating components in the cooking cycles.
