The American Range 10436 Adjustment Pilot Valve 1/8"MPT X 3/16" CCT adjusts the gas flow to the pilot assembly by adjusting pressure using a variable inner mechanism. It permits the initial flame to be fine-tuned by adjusting the amount of volume of gas flowing through the inlet and outlet connections. It is actually fitted in the gas control system, usually between the line of gas supply and the ignition burner. This is applied in commercial cooking appliances to aid in consistent operations in the pilot and standby modes, which enhances the controlled flame output and adequate interplay of connected burners.
