The Hobart 107522-1 Thermostat FDO-1 controls gas flow by measuring the temperature changes with its 3/16" x 14-3/4" bulb assembly and adjusting the gas heating system that is connected to it. It has an 3/8" FPT gas inlet and outlet connections allowing controlled gas movement during cooking or heating. This thermostat is frequently used in commercial foodservice equipment, that must be operated at a particular temperature and controlled by gas. The bulb sensing element senses internal heat conditions, enabling the thermostat to regulate the gas flow when temperatures fluctuate in use, such as in cooking stations in kitchens, cafeterias and restaurants.
