The Hobart 407522-00001 Oven Thermostat W/3/16" X 14-3/4" FDO-1 controls the temperature of compatible gas-powered commercial foodservice equipment. It operates by detecting heat from the bulb attached to it and regulating the amount of gas flowing through the valve system. In commercial kitchen applications this thermostat is installed in selected equipment with 3/8" FPT gas inlet and outlet connections.
