The Hobart 407522-1 Oven Thermostat FDO-1 controls the flow of gas by detecting temperature changes in the connected system based on the temperature changes in the 3/16" x 14-3/4" Bulb. It has 3/8" FPT gas inlet and outlet connections to control heating operations in compatible commercial cooking equipment.
