The Duke 2081 Thermostat is a KA-Type temperature control unit including a sensing bulb 1/4" x 7-9/16" x 48" in size and a capillary tube 48 inches long and is designed to be used in commercial cooking units. It controls the temperature inside the system and switches on heating or switches off heating components to ensure the system is working under specific conditions.
