The Savory 21239 Toaster Gear Motor Fan Shaft is a motor and fan unit for use in commercial toaster units. It operates by creating slow and controlled rotation at 12.6 RPM which is then used to turn a four-blade fan inside the equipment. This fan movement is used to evenly distribute air throughout the toasting chamber when operating. The assembly is installed in the mechanical part of the toaster's interior, and connects the motor output to the fan shaft system, where it is necessary to maintain constant toaster airflow control.
