The Hobart 275683 Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl 20 Quart is designed to hold ingredients during mixing, blending, and whipping operations in commercial kitchen systems. A mixer swings around the heavy-gauge stainless steel container to mix the ingredients using a uniform mechanical movement. It is firmly attached to the lift mechanism of the mixer base and is directly under the motor head in order to accept different attachments. The circular shape ensures even distribution of contents, and the reinforced rim provides the structure with the required structural integrity in the high-volume commercial kitchen applications.
