The Hobart 00-275683 Mixing Bowl 20 QT is placed below the mixer head, and the ingredients are added to be mixed, and the agitator of the machine works through the doughs and batters. It operates by containing as much as 20 quarts of product in a curved, smooth container that fits into the attachments of the mixer to provide a consistent contact during the running of the mixer. This bowl is attached of mixer and is locked in place underneath the drive mechanism to ensure that it does not move around when in use.
